• Supabase — our database and backend infrastructure provider, used to store form submissions securely.
• Netlify — our website hosting provider.
• WinRed — a third-party donation processing platform. If you click our donation link, you will be directed to WinRed's platform and their privacy policy will govern that interaction.

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is added to our mailing list with a status of "subscribed." You may unsubscribe at any time by:

• Visiting our unsubscribe page
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any campaign email you receive
• Emailing us directly at info@kapenga4michigan.com

Upon unsubscribing, your status will be updated to "unsubscribed" and you will no longer receive campaign emails. Your email address record is retained to honor future unsubscribe requests and for legal compliance purposes.

We retain personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and as required by applicable law, including Michigan campaign finance record-keeping requirements. Volunteer and contact form submissions may be retained for the duration of the campaign and a reasonable period thereafter.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Our database is secured using row-level security controls and access is restricted to authorized campaign staff only.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of campaign communications at any time

You can submit a data deletion request directly using our data deletion form. This will permanently delete your personal information from our system.
